At Make Your Own Perfume, we want you to love your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom and curated fragrances. If your creation doesn't perfectly capture your essence, we are committed to making it right through an exchange or full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume bottle in its original decorative box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Prepaid Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Credit

  Once our scent experts inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
