How do I start creating my own custom perfume?
Simply choose your base note, heart note, and top note from our curated collection of high-quality essences. Our online builder will guide you through the blending process to ensure a balanced fragrance.
What is the concentration of your fragrances?
All our custom creations are formulated as Eau de Parfum (EDP), containing between 15% and 20% fragrance oil for superior longevity and sillage.
Can I return a custom-made perfume?
Because each bottle is uniquely blended to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Each perfume is hand-blended and bottled to order. Processing typically takes 2-3 business days, with standard shipping taking an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Are your ingredients vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our fragrance oils and alcohol bases are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free.
Do you offer sample sizes before I commit to a full bottle?
We offer a 'Discovery Set' option where you can order three 5ml vials of your custom blends to test how they interact with your skin chemistry before purchasing a full 50ml or 100ml bottle.
